At CIGS Tech Innovations Private Ltd. (“CTIL,” “we,” “us,” “our”), we work to facilitate the generosity of our donors in supporting the causes they believe in. Your donations play a crucial role in enabling various NGOs to continue their work. To ensure the integrity of our operations and to promptly deliver the funds to the NGOs, we enforce the following No Refund Policy:

  1. No Refunds

All donations made through Trusted Donations are final and not subject to a refund. Once a donation is made, it is immediately allocated to the designated NGO. Therefore, we cannot return the donated amount.

  1. Review Before Donating

Please carefully review the amount of your donation before you finalise the transaction. It is important to make sure the amount you plan to donate matches the amount entered.

  1. Misprocessed Donations

In the event of a misprocessed donation, such as a duplicate transaction, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, make corrections. This does not guarantee a refund.

  1. Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe that a fraudulent transaction has occurred, please contact your bank or credit card company immediately. Subsequently, notify our customer support team so we can cooperate with the investigation.

Please understand that this No Refund Policy is necessary to ensure that donated funds reach their intended NGOs promptly. Your generous contributions make a significant impact on the communities and causes supported by these NGOs.
